A lot of people avoid McDonald’s when visiting Japan. People tend to think it’s too American and a waste of time… I don’t recommend eating at McDonald’s too much but it’s definitely worth it to hit McDonald’s once during your travels in Japan to experience some of the subtle differences in both menu and service.
