Mio Imada is a Japanese actress and model who has steadily built her career with a variety of roles in TV dramas, films, and commercials. Born in 1997 in Fukuoka Prefecture, she started out as a model before transitioning into acting, where she quickly gained attention for her natural and engaging performances.
Her breakout role came in the popular TV drama Boys Over Flowers Season 2 (Hana Nochi Hare), in which she played Airi Maya, a character that brought her widespread recognition. Since then, she has appeared in numerous other projects, She is known to be skilled at both comedic and dramatic roles.
Aside from acting, Mio Imada has become a familiar face in Japanese commercials. Recently, she has been featured in several ads for Town Work, a job search platform. The commercials feature a playful Mio Imada wearing yellow against a yellow background simply singing the Town Work jingle. The commercials remind me of when you are at home waiting or just killing time and hum a jingle to yourself. One version of the commercial features her just standing there in front of the yellow wall while her version of the jingle plays.
